Thanks to its innovative design and fold up hatch, ExpandaKiosk provides a temporary or semi-permanent building space for the catering, retail, tourism and commercial sectors, to name but a few. So, whether being used as a place for serving food and beverages, as an information centre, retail outlet or ticket office, ExpandaKiosk provides the most flexible, cost-effective and robust solution on the market.

A truly flexible flat pack unit

The Expandarange of flat-packed storage containers and buildings are designed to be completely hand-portable and the ExpandaKiosk is no different. This means units can be carried to ‘hard to reach’ and previously inaccessible places and assembled in situ. Transportation issues are also eradicated as the flat pack ExpandaKiosk is fully demountable and can be returned to its original flat packed status in under an hour. Simply load onto the back of any suitable vehicle without the need for cranes and heavy lifting gear.

Floor
Pre-fitted 18mm grade 3 ‘OSB wood board floor ’ screwed to a galvanised steel profile frame.

Chassis
The chassis are a system constructed from a combination of Galvanized U and C Channel steel profiles.

Walls
Panels are composed of outer and inner skin 0.40mm galvanized steel sheet painted with 5 micron primer, 20 micron finishing coat. 40 mm thickness Polyurethane insulation core between. Outer skin is RAL 6005 Green, inner skin is RAL 9002 Off-White.

Roof
Panels are composed of outer and inner skin 0.40mm galvanized steel sheet painted with 5 micron primer, 20 micron finishing coat. 40 mm thickness Polyurethane insulation core between. Outer skin is RAL 6005 Green, inner skin is RAL 9002 Off-White.

Door Panel
0.6 mm corrugated galvanized steel panel. Single door mounted into a steel frame with stainless steel hinges, complete with two way locking mechanism and locks, door handle on the locking mechanism. The interior core of the door panel is insulated with Glasswool.

Hatch Panel

Panels are composed of outer and inner skin 0.40mm galvanized steel sheet painted with 5 micron primer, 20 micron finishing coat. 40 mm thickness Polyurethane insulation core between. Outer skin is RAL 6005 Green, inner skin is RAL 9002 Off-White.

The hatch is hinged to open upwards and can be secured from the inside with by two latches
