Each TP Superspan Portal Framed Building is individually detailed and manufactured to the clients requirements and in accordance with British Industrial building design standards, BS 5950, BS 6399 and to take account of local conditions for Building Regulations compliance.
Spans of up to 24m (80ft) are achieved through the use of high quality fully galvanised 'low maintenance' lightweight cold-rolled steel sections bolted together to form strong portal frames. For larger buildings a multi-span design is available.
The use of fully galvanised steel sections provides a durable and long lasting building, whilst the pinned base and low foundation loadings can lead to savings in foundation costs (especially on ground requiring piling)
TP Portal Frame Buildings are clad in box profile sheet steel with either Plastisol or colour coated finish, or insulated composite panels, in a wide range of colours.
TP Portal Framed Buildings can be designed to comply with Part L2A (energy conservation) of the Building Regulations, where appropriate. Fully certified fire walls can also be incorporated.
A wide range of goods doors is available, including roller shutters, sectional overhead, hinged, sliding or folding. There is also a choice of personnel, fire exit and combination doors as well as windows if required.
Rainwater box gutters and downpipes are fabricated from galvanised steel with colour-coated finish.
