Relocatable Modular Steel Industrial Buildings
Sectional Steel Building are based on a modular system that utilises prefabricated steel panels that are clad in the factory prior to delivery to site. This modular approach to building, allows for rapid on-site erection, with smaller buildings capable of being delivered and erected on the same day.Due to the modular system, Sectional Steel Buildings are fully relocatable and easy to extend at any time. Ideal for temporary usage or in situations where regular relocation might be required.
There are two types of Sectional Steel Buildings currently available; the low cost General Purpose Sectional Steel Building (sometimes called the GP Sectional Building), and the Executive Sectional Steel Building.
Both versions are modular and are designed and manufactured under factory quality controlled conditions to high standards. Hundreds of examples have been erected throughout the UK in various environments including severely exposed locations.
Sectional Steel Buildings Key Features:
- Relocatable – The demountable system permits easy relocation.
- Quick – can normally be manufactured around four weeks, sometimes quicker. Erection on smaller buildings can be carried out on-site in as little as one day.
- Strong & Secure – Steel channel framed wall and roof panels with eaves and ridge bracing
- Flexible – Can easily be extended or adapted at any time
GENERAL PURPOSE SECTIONAL BUILDINGS
- Low cost corrugated galvanised (non-rusting) steel cladding and roof sheeting
- Hinged double doors (optional roller shutter)
- Personnel Door (emergency fire doors and additional personnel doors available)
- Translucent panels included to provide natural lighting
General Purpose Sectional Buildings - Dimensions
- Eaves Height: 8ft, 10ft, 12ft, 14ft or 16ft
- Length - Any length in modules of 6ft
- Span (width): 17ft, 20ft, 24ft, 30ft
- Individual spans can be linked side by side to form multi-bay

EXECUTIVE SECTIONAL BUILDINGS
For situations where appearance is important, the Executive Sectional Building offers all the benefits of the General Purpose Sectional Steel building but to a higher specification.
- Colour coated box profile cladding and roof sheeting
- Colour coated flashings to all joints
- Roller shutter fitted a standard
- Rooflights included in price
- Proprietary personnel door (emergency fire doors and additional personnel doors available)
Executive Sectional Building - Dimensions
- Eaves Height: 2.44m, 3.05m, 3.66m, 4.27m or 4.88m
- Length - Any length in modules of 1.875m
- Span (width): 5.86m, 6.56m, 7.76m or 9.26m
- Individual spans can be linked side by side to form multi-bay buildings

- Proposed geographical site location to determine, delivery and erection costs

- Sectional Steels Buildings are not insulated and are not suitable where the building is required to be heated (for insulated buildings see Steel Portal Framed Industrial Buildings.
